Asia, Australia and parts of North America then you crash to desktop. The weird thing is that if you click in other parts of the world, say in Europe for example, the game doesn't crash but if you click in areas that Paradox recently added, in this case S.E. It turned out that even with all mods deactivated, that the issue I was experiencing is being caused solely by EU4 vanilla and not by my mod. You see, when I first experienced the crash, I thought it was due to my mod. The first 5 attachments are showing large areas of the globe as green, with red provinces everywhere. Just a brief explanation regarding the attachments. Head over to Australia and click on any province. You will then start seeing red and green provinces. This will load up the provinces in default grey. Click on the nudge button, then once nudge loads, look at the bottom right and click on mapmode. This will ensure that the nudge button is available in the in-game EU4 lobby. This will open up a small window title "General". On steam, scroll through your games library and right click on EU4, followed by clicking on properties. This started happening since the 1.31.2 update was released because this wasn't happening back on the 1.31.1 version. I have no mods active, just -nudge set in the launch options. Asia, Australia and North America, my game instantly crashes. If I click on nudge, then mapmode followed by clicking on any province, in this instance S.E.
